day-trip snowboarding

yesterday my friend dugh and i went up to tahoe for a day-trip and on the way there we stopped at ikeda's for lunch which has awesome pie's and awesome burgers. then we arrived at boreal a little past 1pm and we snowboarded for 6 hrs! with a little break at 4pm. and we lucked out on weather, no rain, not too cold, and it was sunny.

we were snowboarding until 7pm and snowboarding at night was a first for me :D and it was great! it was kinda scary in the beginning because you can't see the terrain all that well, but it was kinda good at the same time because you don't see the little bumps that make you worry about wiping-out during day time and it made my body to compensate for the bumps while i make my turns or just going down the slope fast.
